Your sure to catch a glimpse of Deer day or night from one of the largest patios of any size unit, with seating, table, flat scree tv and grill. Privacy shades roll down and secure if you desire! You won't need much here except your clothes and toothbrush as most everything you need is here for you in a boutique hotel style condo. with fireplace. This retreat is sanitized after each guest as is the bedding. You will have trouble finding a more equipped place to stay. Gas propane grill for your favorite meal. You can enjoy the cooks kitchen that is fully equipped with crock pots for meals after a day on the lake, or other cookware and items in this stocked kitchen complete with stand alone icemaker. Coffee maker & single use makers with coffee already here for you! Smart tv in the living room for all, and direct tv on flat screens located in all bedrooms and the back porch veranda. Dont go home and have to do laundry! Full size washer dryer in unit with detergent, so you don't have to haul those dirty clothes home and can relax when you get there too! Games and puzzles for family fun, or try your luck at the tennis court or swim in the pool just steps away. Get your morning walk in on the winding roads with amazing views, hike/bike trails through US Parks Ouchita Forest, Horseback or Scuba through Mountain Harbour availability, and when its all over visit the Turtle Cove spa for a facial, massage, manicure or pedicure! Located minutes from quartz and diamond mines, you can always search for the next largest yellow diamond recently found nearby! If you want more excitement, your about 30 min from downtown hot springs, loaded with entertainment , shopping and dining choices in Hot Springs National Park! Dont forget a bottle to fill up for free from the hot springs fountains! They say the area is known for its "curative" powers and this will certainly prove to be so! Summers have entertainment of live music nearby. 2 car reserved parking with free trailer, boat or other car parking steps away. We have another unit listed under "at the lake" newly remodeled with the same floor plan and next door for large parties to stay close. Guest access You will have full use of the whole condo for your private use. You have access to multiple pools 9 a.m to 10 p.m., the Top Three Ranked in Arkansas Spa- Turtle Cove Spa, tennis courts. We arent equipped with tennis racquets yet so you will need to bring those. Other things to note There are shampoo conditioner body soap, Forgotten Essentials, hair dryers in each bath. All towels bedding, paper products, dishware, cookware, blender, crock pot, cookie sheets and bakeware, coffee maker and single use maker all here for you.
