Demie's Maisonette in Plytra with Seaview

Welcome to Demies Maisonette! Our maisonette is located just a 2 minutes walking distance to the beach and 5-10 min to the center of Plytra. It accommodates up to 7 guests , ideal for friends and familes. It feautres 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,(the one with washing machine), and fully eqquipped kitchen. It is fully air-conditioned, and WiFi is provided. Our maisonette offers unique sea view and is easy to visit Monemvasia & Elafonisos. The space In the first level, there is fully equipped kitchen, the living room and, 2 bedrooms (double bed, 2 twin beds) and a bathroom with waching machine. In the second level, there is a a bedroom(double bed) , sofa-bed and a bathroom. Our balconies have a sea view, while there are different spots in order to enjoy the summer sun and the sea. Other things to note Please keep in mind the following: -There are stairs in the property - If you are more than 7 guests, we can also host guests in our apartment, which is located in the ground floor.(capability up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children).
