You can easily walk to the beach (3 blocks) and downtown is 1 mile (20 min walk). Deck: A great big deck on the back of the house is perfect for relaxing together for morning coffee or after a great beach day - made perfect with the huge, private outdoor shower! Living Room Big bright windows and a vaulted ceiling with a skylight let tons of natural light into this space. The 44" TV is programmed with YouTube TV for unlimited access to shows and movies. Kitchen & Dining Room The kitchen is newly renovated with a big island that will be the meeting place for breakfast and happy hour! Bedrooms Bedroom 1: Spacious primary include queen size bed Bedrooms 2 & 3: Include matching trundle beds which each sleeping two guests. Crescent Beach is a lovely community lined with sidewalks to and from the beach and a beachfront restaurant, the Crescent Beach Stand. The area is perfect for biking, running, walking and enjoying the beach views. The home is a quick walk to downtown Niantic where you can enjoy beautiful shops and delicious restaurants. You're sure to love what this little town has to offer all summer long! The neighborhood is very walkable, bikeable and if you choose to drive to your destination you'll always find free parking.
