We look forward to making your stay a pleasant one! Free parking The space Welcome to the countryside, at the gates of Munich and Aubsburg. In the middle of a great landscape you can easily reach the cities of Munich, Fürstenfeldbruck, Dachau and Augsburg. The nearby lakes Pucher Meer, Mammendorfer See and Mammendorfer Freibad, Kissinger See, Olchinger See, Ammersee, Starnberger See, Pilsensee invite you to a wide range of leisure activities. It's also quick in the mountains, whether you're driving your own car or taking the S-Bahn, which is 5km away. There are good connections to Munich city center either by train (20 minutes) or by S-Bahn (40 minutes). Mammendorf train station is 5 km from the apartment and can be reached by bus directly from our village. You can reach the centers of Augsburg, Munich, Dachau, Landsberg and Starnberg by car in about 40 minutes. Trade fair visitors can reach their trade fairs by public transport in about 45 minutes. A self-contained apartment on a remaining farm. 1 bedroom is on the street side. Traffic-related noise levels from commuter traffic and agricultural traffic are to be expected here. The rooms are simple and clean after a renovation. Special requests can be expressed, we always try to make everything possible. 90 square meters in a rural setting, with a friendly host family on the first floor. With kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and a guest toilet. The eat-in kitchen with access to the balcony is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and the usual cooking utensils. If required, accommodation for more than 6 people can also be offered. One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) faces north to the street. The 2nd bedroom faces the courtyard. Through this bedroom is access to the living room with swedish stove and also access to the balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Toiletries and towels are of course available. WLAN and cable TV can be used free of charge. On request it is also possible to wash and dry laundry in the laundry room. Other important information There is a small family practice on the farm with many offers relating to well-being, nutrition, exercise, support for ADHD, ADD, overweight, LRS and much more. Foot care or eyelash extensions can also be booked. Guest access An outside staircase leads to the independent apartments on the first and second floor. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. Our guests can, by arrangement, have a picnic in our gardens outside the house or have a picnic on our lawns outside with a view. A small pond with a beach chair invites you to linger.
