You will enjoy the exceptional location of a private jacuzzi. Jacuzzi closed from Nov 10, 2025 to Mar 31, 2026. Parties are strictly prohibited. Located 5 minutes by car from the city center, on the road to Turenne and Collonges la Rouge. You will also discover the city of Rocamadour. The space The studio includes: - One bedroom open for two people with a 140x200 Simmons bed - A 140x200 two-person convertible with a 20cm thick mattress. Sheets are provided. - Large wardrobe with many storage. - Kitchen equipped with a double ceramic hob, a range hood, a washing machine, microwave, classic coffee maker and Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, kettle. We provide you with the essentials (coffee, tea, pasta, oil, sugar etc.) on arrival. Possibility to order at the reservation plancha charcuterie cheese, small bottle of champagne (40 euros for 2 people). - 32 inch TV, Molotov TV to access all TV channels. - Bathroom equipped with toilet, level shower with sliding door, vanity with storage, electric towel dryer. Bathroom linens are provided. Hair dryer. - Garden-facing balcony with panoramic view of Brive - Private 16 m2 terrace with table chairs and deckchair. Parties are forbidden. - 6 person hot tub with jets massaging 1h max/day, no use after 9pm . Notify at the reception of the welcome message. Guest access 24/7 self check-in with lockbox Guest access on the garage side, parking in front of the house. Other things to note Parties, gatherings, music in the garden and the house are prohibited. The maximum number of people allowed is 4. Reservations for the same day do not give access to the jacuzzi.
