The space The villa is designed so that rooms enjoy breathtaking views, it is spacious, bright, and ultra-stylish. The pool area is utterly breathtaking, with a sitting area where early evenings can be spent watching the spectacular sunsets. The Villa is simple but chic. The main space is open plan and engulfs the living room and kitchen, and an indoor dining area. Large patio doors from the living room area open directly onto a separate outside dining area with spectacular views of Gialopotamos beach. The villa has two air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. It also has another bathroom in the main area. The living area consists of a large living room with a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed for a child. The pool area can be entered directly from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, is fully equipped, includes everything you might need: Electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle and a coffee maker. From the living room, you get directly to the balcony with panoramic views of the sea, the pool, and the barbecue area. The villa is ideal for all ages. If the pool with the magnificent view is not enough for you, the beach is only a few steps downstairs. There is direct access from the villa to the beach using your own private steps!
