Please review Other Things To Note The space The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, and there is a full-size sofa bed in the living room to accommodate additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and cookware, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The balcony overlooks the street and fills the unit with abundant natural light. It's an ideal spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful view. We provide towels, linens, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience. Laundry facilities are conveniently located just a few steps away from the unit. Guest access The building offers free wireless internet in the lobby, and we also provide Wi-Fi access for the unit. Additionally, beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for your beach outings. This is the perfect beach retreat for your vacation, with easy access to wonderful shops, Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Park, Bal Harbour, grocery stores, and excellent restaurants. The condo boasts two seasonally heated swimming pools with expansive sundecks, beautifully landscaped surroundings, and an entertainment room available by RSVP. Guests can enjoy a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center and a complete business center with high-speed internet access. The stylish, ultra-contemporary lobby features concierge services, valet parking, an attended front desk, and 24-hour security. To access all complex amenities, guests must comply with the complex association rules. The complex association will provide a hand plastic band to each guest, which must be worn to access all amenities. Other things to note Please note that the fobs (electronic keys) that open the common area doors require a charge of $30 for every 2 people (starting 14 years old). This is a non-refundable fee and is not included in the price. It must be paid to the management office upon arrival. Parking options are available as follows: 1 day to 1 week: $100 2 weeks: $125 3 weeks: $150 4 weeks: $175 Daily parking: $20 Overnight parking: $20 Holiday parking: $40 Packages received during your stay will incur a fee of $7 per package. Please note that the building only accepts debit or credit cards and does not accept cash. Check-ins until 9 pm are free of charge. Late check-ins will incur a fee, which must be paid in cash at the check-in time. To ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the 11 am check-out time. Late check-out charges may apply on a case-by-case basis. If there are any changes to the duration of your trip, please notify us promptly so that we can make the necessary arrangements for a smooth experience.
