Beautiful house with view and private jetty

The house is situated in a secluded location directly on the Luleälv (river), but is only 9 km from the city of Lulea. The property has its own forest and has a private jetty to the river. You can swim there in summer and ice fish in winter. The large windows overlook the river and from the jetty you can enjoy the sunset. All buildings in the pictures belong to the property and are not used by other people. The space The house is located directly on the river Luleälv and has a large property with several small buildings such as a workshop and a sauna, which can also be used. The living area is very bright with many large windows overlooking the Luleälv (river). The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be pulled out to a full double bed with real mattresses. The living room can be separated from the dining room with a curtain. In the dining room there is a fireplace that creates a cozy warmth throughout the house in the cold months. In the first bedroom there is a double bed (180 cm wide) and in the second bedroom a bunk bed (90 cm wide). Since the sun almost always shines in summer, there are curtains in both bedrooms for darkening. Guest access In addition to the main building, the building with a wooden sauna, a relaxation room and the fitness room with treadmill can also be used.
