Comfortable and bright apartment, located in an excellent position for visiting the historic center either on foot (15-20 min) or by tram, line T2 directly from Amerigo Vespucci Airport (about 30-36 minutes), and get off at the stop: 'Libertà Parterre', just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The space The apartment has recently been renovated, while retaining some original elements from the 1950s. It consists of a large kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a comfortable master bedroom and a bright living room where you can relax, perhaps listening to some music, reading a book or watching TV. The double bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe. Guest access You will have access to: kitchen, master bedroom, balcony, bathroom, living room. Other things to note To offer all our guests a pleasant stay, please read the instructions in the "House Manual" available on the dining room table and respect the house and the people living in the building. Please consider the following information: The apartment is located on the 4th intermediate floor. Access by lift to the 4th or 5th floor and 8 steps more to the apartment door. - Check-in time: from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. - Evening check-in requests from 9:00 pm to be confirmed before arrival. An extra charge will be required in case of evening check-in:50€ - Guests must present a valid identity document at the check-in: its registration is mandatory with the Italian security authorities. - For long-term rentals (over 29 consecutive nights), you must sign a rental agreement (made available by email prior to arrival). -In case of block of locks caused by the guest or in case of keys left in the apartment, the full cost of the repair will be charged. -Missing or damaged items inside the apartment will result in a charge equivalent to the value of the lost or damaged item.
