All terraces and containments are founded and built in reinforced concrete and masonry. The loft, designed by an architectural firm, has a soil and structure mechanics study and was built by a construction company specializing in building works. It has building permits and complies with all safety regulations and quality standards. It has two large open rooms, connected to a kitchenette with modern and complete lines (countertop, dishwasher, minibar and complete furniture with silestone cover), full bathroom with shower in situ with fixed glass and enclosed outdoor space for laundry. It is built with metal structure profiles (walls and roof structure) and structural Metalcon (between steel pillars), coated in the first layer with structural OSB inside and outside, compressing the glass wool insulation. The interior finishings are made of 15 mm cardboard plasterboard, finished with water-based enamel for the walls and 1x4 pine wood with white water screwed on 18 mm carpentry plate for the ceilings and the exterior with brushed pine treated with the Japanese Yakisugi technique, to improve the durability and beauty of the wood in a natural way, giving an original aesthetic effect. It has a heating system through Electric Radiant Floor, controlled by 2 thermostats manually or via Wi-Fi, large PVC windows with floor-to-ceiling thermo-panels, which provide a panoramic view of the entire environment from all its rooms. It has a large interior volume for ventilation and climate comfort. The maximum height from floor to ceiling is 2.75 meters. Outside, the loft connects with the recreation areas through smooth ramps and terraces, built on a metal structure and finished with an impregnated pine deck.
