The space Ideally located just 5 minutes from Nay and 3 minutes from commodities, this beautiful home is nestled in a quiet residential area backing to open farmland. The property offers all the comforts of home mixed with idyllic French country charm. The exceptional views will transport you immediately onto vacation. The interior was fully remodeled in Spring 2022 and guests are free to enjoy the entire property including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining room & living room. A dedicated workspace is available on the upstairs mezzanine along with a cozy reading nook. The kitchen is spacious and features an American size refrigerator, granite counters and a granite island with bar stools. The kitchen opens up onto an outdoor dining patio with a gas grill (plancha) overlooking the mountains, pool and gardens. The exterior pool area was rebuilt for the 2024 season and features a new pool house, bar, wood fire BBQ and heated saltwater pool with security cover and lights for the evening. * * The pool can be heated when outdoor temperatures reach a minimum of 20°C / 70°F Guest access Our guests have exclusive access to the entire property, which includes a gated entrance and paved driveway. No garage access. Total house occupancy is 12, available to 8 adults maximum plus children (under age 18). Only the registered and paid guests may enter the property. No additional guests of visitors are permitted. Other things to note Hotel grade linens including sheets, towels, pool towels and kitchen towels are provided. One security camera is on site facing the entrance gate with visibility on the driveway only. As the house is in a residential area, quiet hours are from 22:00 - 8:00. No parties or events allowed without prior approval. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Pets not permitted. Stays shorter than the minimum night requirement will be considered individually on a request basis.
