Three bedrooms. Each Bed in the cabin has a new memory foam mattress. Sleeps 8 people max. Primary Bedroom: King bed with en suite Bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: King bed with 1 twin bunk and 1 pullout twin trundle bed Outdoor space: Unfenced grass front yard. Partially covered, front deck with 4 patio chairs. Extra camp chairs, coolers and corn hole in the garage. Propane grill. Mountain and lake views from the front yard Guest access You'll have access to the entire unit including the garage. There is one small locked closet in the master bedroom which is off limits. Other things to note Fireplace - It is old and can take a moment to start but works great. There is no wall switch, flip down the front grate and follow the metal instruction card located underneath the firebox. Here are the instructions: Depress the gas knob slightly and turn to pilot. The fully depress and hold down while repeatedly pushing the ignition button to light the pilot. This can take a few minutes, especially if it has been off for a while. Once pilot is lit, keep gas knob depressed for 30-60 seconds, slowly release and turn knob to on. Adjust intensity with the middle knob. Turn the gas knob to off to shut off, or to pilot to keep pilot light lit for easier starting. No outdoor wood burning fires - this is an HOA rule. Please lock all doors, including garage when you leave. Kitchen light switch is located just behind the fridge. There is some road noise but there are sound machines in every room. Snow removal - The driveway will be plowed automatically for snowfall greater than 6 inches. There is a snow shovel in the garage that guests can use to help clear other areas if needed. The roof is designed for snow to slide off and can occasionally lead to snow piles by the front door. We recommend at least AWD or 4WD in the winter months. Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees, as well as additional charges for optional services such as adding pets or requesting early check-ins.
