Includes your own floor of the house with kitchen, washroom, TV area and the waterfront dock, boat mooring and beach on the lake is available as well. The space The space is the lower level of our house which has one king bedroom and one queen bedroom. There are two full bathrooms. A third bedroom can be up for discussion. Guest access The access is via stairs down the side of the house to the lower level. Parking is available for up to three vehicles. Other things to note Use of the hot tub is negotiable.
