The space This charming early 1900s bungalow has been thoughtfully updated to blend historic character with modern comfort. The home features a spacious layout with a bright living room overlooking Island Park and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The main level includes two comfortable bedrooms, each with queen beds and smart TVs. Upstairs, the finished attic offers two additional sleeping areas—one with twin beds and one with a full bed—each with TVs, seating areas, and mini fridges. These spaces are separated by an accordion-style door, making them ideal for families or groups. Guests can also enjoy a private backyard space with an enclosed dog run, perfect for those traveling with pets. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire upstairs home and yard during their stay. The downstairs unit is occupied by a quiet, long-term resident and has a completely separate private entrance. There are no shared interior spaces. The carport and right side of the driveway are reserved for the downstairs unit. Guests may park on the left side of the driveway or use additional street parking as needed. Upstairs bedrooms are controlled by a central thermostat for heating and air. Each room is also equipped with a wall-mounted cadet heater that can be individually adjusted for added comfort. SuppliesWe provide a starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee to get you settled. For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional supplies as needed. Property NotesThis is an upstairs unit in a shared property. A quiet long-term resident occupies the downstairs unit and has a completely separate private entrance. There are no shared interior spaces, though you may occasionally hear normal day-to-day noise. The property is located across from a park that may host seasonal events, including concerts and holiday celebrations, which can bring occasional noise during those times.
