Very upscale, green and quiet area. 1 kilometer, or a walk of 15 minutes, to large Kifissia shopping center, near Kifissia Park Metro station. A train every few minutes, 20 min to Athens center. The apartment is very near supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop. Green views, independent entrance to garden. The whole of the veranda has awning and is protected by mosquito netting. The space Large bathroom, completely renovated mid 2024, with wide shower and clothes washing machine, next door to the kitchen. Small but full kitchen with large sink and regular size refrigerator. You need to go up 10 steps from the garden / street level. Guest access The private entrance to the garden is at 3A Kivelis street, Kifissia. A path leads to the pleasant, sunny private veranda. The door opens directly to the studio's living / bedroom.
