The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room, a work station and a guest bathroom. The kitchen opens up into a shared courtyard from which you can access the garden. On the second floor there is a bathroom with a tub and a bedroom with a new queen size bed. The bedroom has an access to the rooftop terrace. The terrace is shared and usually it will be just you. Feel free to use the grill if you wish. Other things to note • There is a secure parking on premises. • This community has a 24 hr security. • There is a gradner that takes care of the garden and outdoor plants. • If you are staying longer than a week, our housekeeper will come and clean the house for you free of charge. • We love Antigua and want you to enjoy it!
