perfect family vacation

My apartment is located in a turn-of-the-century villa, which is perfect for families with small children. You'll love it. Play, climb, swing, slide, hide - your children will be busy here and you can enjoy your holiday. Toys, books, doll kitchen, ride-on cars, stroller for two, baby bed, step stool, baby monitor... Check-out on Mondays at 7.45am! Otherwise at 4 p.m. Max. occupancy: 2-3 adults with 2-3 children. Max 5 people in total. The space 1 large living-dining room with kitchenette and small indoor playground. There is also a comfortable sofa here. There are also mattresses on the top level of the play area if required for either A one adult or B two children or C one adult and one child. 1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a bed for two small children. (130x140cm) . Babybed is available upon request. 1 bathroom with large shower, washing machine and toilet. You have all of these areas to yourself. The rest of my apartment is separated from your area by an anteroom. Of course you also have an extra key for your part. Please note: You are using part of my apartment here. I live and work here. Please treat the premises with respect. Thanks! There ist no AC, but it is not necessary. Even during summer it stays cool with 24 degree. Guest access In front of the accommodation there is the entry, which is also used by the neighboring apartment (my children, my husband and I live here) Other things to note On Mondays check-out is at 7.45am. Because at this time my daycare children come to be looked after. An official photo ID of the person making the reservation must be sent prior to check-in. This is for my safety in the event of illegal incidents. The data will be deleted after check-out if there are no defects in the accommodation. The indoor playground is suitable for children up to five years old. However, no liability is assumed! However, older children can use the loft bed. Parking is free Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Otherwise you pay with the mobile phone app “handyparken” or use the parking garage ten minutes away. (10€/das) There are numerous free parking spaces, these are public! There is no parking on the property, but really right in front of it :) Four chickens live in the garden. You can watch them from the living room window :) (There is no tap, so your sleep won't be disturbed ;)
