El Rancho Jabali is a spacious indoor/outdoor beach house designed for families to have a relaxing experience. The property is located in a safe and secure private community. The vacation home has a private pool and is in walking distance to the beach. From El Rancho Jabali you can easily access many tourist attractions such as: Santa Ana volcano, La Ruta de las Flores, Lago de Coatepeque and many other beautiful sights. Rancho Jabali is a beautiful oasis to get away and destress. The space Upon arrival to the private community all visitors must present ID. & pay $2 each per person. The home is gated and has ample parking for 4 cars. The living room/ dining room is spacious for a large family. This space also has the option for A/C. The kitchen is an open concept kitchen which has been recently updated for a modern feel. All appliance are stainless steel and the kitchen is stocked with all things needed for your family. All rooms are located towards the outer corridor of the home. Throughout the coorider you will find hammocks for lounging. Each bedroom is equipped with A/C and a private bathroom. The bathrooms have been recently updated with all modern touches. Lastly, El Rancho Jabali has green space for you family to play games such as badminton or small pick up game. The pool has also been renovated with all new tile. Guest access Guests are free to access to the entire home on the first floor except for the laundry room and utility shed (near the pool). If you decide to leave the property, you must contact the host to reopen the gate. Other things to note Please contact the host for flexible checkout. El Rancho Jabali is very special to my sister and I. We want all of our guests to have a great and pleasant experience at our vacation home. We expect that our guests treat this rental as if it were their own. In order to keep El Rancho Jabali is great condition please abide by the following rule: - Use the outside shower to rinse off before entering the pool. - Dry off before laying on the beds and hammocks. - Turn off the A/C during when the bedroom is not in use. - Turn off the lights when the space is not being used. - If any furniture has been moved during your stay please move back to its original place. - Due to rules of the community, guests are not allowed to check in after 8PM. A week prior to check in, the primary guest must submit a list of all guest (names, ID number or Driver's License number that will reside on the property. This information will be shared with security of the community to ensure that all guests can enter.
