Giuliana's Country House

Immersed in the green Abruzzo countryside, a 30-minute drive from the sea and the mountains. This house is ideal for getting away from the hectic city routine and enjoying the typical dishes of the Abruzzo tradition nearby. The house is structured on a large ground floor and a second floor for the secondary bedroom. The house can only be booked for short stays, up to 30 days. The space One word: Countryside. Located in the valley, the house is located on the descent leading to the river, among woods and plowed fields, tractor paths and old ruins of some huts once used by farmers in the past. The house itself is old, probably built about 100 years ago, now it is completely renovated and brought up to standard for anti-earthquake measures after the collapses caused by the 2009 earthquake. Guest access The entire house, including the outdoor courtyard, is made available during your stay. Only one group at a time can occupy the house. Other things to note ATTENTION: As mentioned in the description, the house is only enabled for short-term rentals and a maximum of 30 days per stay, in compliance with local laws.
