Naptown Suite

Welcome to the Naptown Suite! This stylish space offers guests a one-bedroom and full bath apartment with a kitchenette and private entrance. Located just 3.1 miles from the Naval Academy, this basement suite is nestled in a safe and family friendly neighborhood that boasts a lovely beach, kayak launches, and walking access to Quiet Waters Park. After a day of hiking, biking, or exploring local breweries and wineries, return home to chill by the firepit. Come see all Annapolis has to offer! Guest access You will be able to access the driveway, outdoor seating area and lower yard, and the apartment. We may periodically need to access the garage for laundry or to grab something quickly. Feel free to say hi and introduce yourself if you see us around. Other things to note This is a wonderful space with close proximity to Annapolis. It is ideal for two adults. Children over two are welcome in the space, however, the space is not ideal for young children. For parties over 2 (including children), there is an additional fee of $30/night, per person. The apartment is not child-proof. The cabinets do not have child safety locks and there are numerous utilities they could access in the kitchenette space that could pose danger both for themselves and for the house in general. Cleaning chemicals are kept under the bathroom and kitchen sinks. There is also a chemical ant trap hidden behind the toilet. The kitchen provides only glass and ceramic dishes. Please keep an eye on young children when in the apartment. If you are traveling with children, please understand that you will be responsible for any damages due to stains, breaks, damage to utilities or other damages. Please feel free to use the lower yard space. For stays longer than 1 week, an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be required. For stays longer than 2 weeks, longer, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be required. Registration details 000465
