Experience serenity at Paradise Palm! Nestled in the gated Sea Cliff Villas, our condo offers breathtaking ocean views and a secluded yet central location right on the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy a clean, comfortable home with a stocked kitchen and bath, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a fabulous pool overlooking the sea. Beaches and dining are within walking distance, and nearby, you'll find exciting water sports and island activities. Your tropical escape awaits! The space Our 1 Bedroom home is found within the gated community that comprises the Sea cliff Villas and Regatta Point Condominiums. The property is cozy and secluded, but, most appreciated for its pristine view of the ocean and cleanliness! Enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves while having a morning coffee, reading a book, or, just being happy. We have completely outfitted our home with furnishings, kitchen tools, linens, flatware, cutlery and more. We aim for a clean space with everything you would need during your stay. Another key feature is that our condo association has its own generator. Power can go out from time to time and having this ensures your vacation will not be disrupted. We provide you with everything you will need to feel right at home and we look forward to having you. • Please note that smoking of any kind, including E-Cigarettes and vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the Villas (our home), AND the balcony per community and house rules. If you smoke, you must do so from the parking lot. Be aware that due to the nature of our location (with incoming breezes) and the tight community in which we reside, the danger from these smoking activities may result in comments or suggestions from our HOA neighbors or security. Guest access You will have access to the entire home as the only shared space is the Pool. There are effectively 11 steps from parking lot to our door. See photos of these. above. The pool is located on a cliff with two sets of steps to access. Please see photos of these as well. Our Association is also part of the Regatta Point and Watergate Villas and you may use those pools as well. We have 1 parking space for use and you will need a tag to hang from the rear view mirror. We will have this for you upon your arrival. We need this back and a small deposit of $20 will be required and returned to you upon its return. Other things to note Our home was recently renovated with everything is brand new. We are particular about keeping a clean home and try to capture all the things you will need to make your stay hassle free. Please contact us if you have any questions. **Note that the shoreline directly out the back is rocky and great for walking to look for shells and sea glass.
