It does goes get windy at certain times of the year (mainly winter months) and having the private, secluded garden seating is great! A great community of homeowners. I feel very safe and secure all the time! VERY nice perk having the Spa Buena Vista Hotel next door. The charge a daily / weekly rate to use their pool. They have a restaurant and you can rent stand up paddle boards / kayaks etc! VERY convenient. Best to rent a car at the airport. They do have car rentals in Los Barriles also. We are located in a great location to go to Cabo or San Jose del Cabo or La Paz, Cabo Pulmo and the many other day excursions to explore. TOO many to mention. Google and Check out the area and the many ways to enjoy your stay:) Neighbors are VERY friendly. Will give you great ideas for restaurants or a new local activity.
