A beautiful south-facing veranda will allow you to enjoy the garden in any weather. The 3 bedrooms upstairs, equipped with recent and comfortable beds, are modular and offer views of the sea and countryside. The space This family home can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It consists of: On the ground floor: - A large living room, comprising living room, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen - An entrance - A toilet - A beautiful equipped veranda allowing you to enjoy the view of the garden in all weather. - A spacious south-facing wooden terrace, with dining area, barbecue, deckchairs - Another wooden terrace, sea view will allow you to access the entrance to the house and enjoy the sunset. Upstairs: - 3 bright bedrooms (1 double bed 160 X 200, 2 twin beds 90 X 200, 2 twin beds 80 X 200 that can be pushed together to make a double bed) - A bathroom with bathtub and built-in toilet. - shower/sink in bedroom 1, Basement: - A laundry area with washing machines and dryer, and elliptical trainer. - A shower room (walk-in, convenient for returning from the beach) - A closed garage overlooking a parking space. A large open garden near the trails allowing beautiful walks in the moor and to go to Goulien beach (700 meters walk). Other things to note Please note that linens (bed sheets) are not provided during the summer but can be made available on request, subject to availability (+ additional charge: €15/person) We do not rent towels (toilet sheets/baths)
