In a green setting, come and enjoy this beautiful 17th century farmhouse, classified as a 3-star gîte, with its private swimming pool and large garden without overlooking neighbors. The gîte, located on an estate, is totally independent. It is equipped with a BBQ, a relaxation area around the pool with sunbathing (indoor pool, accessible and heated from May to September). With its 3 bedrooms, the gîte can accommodate 6 people (up to 8 people with extra beds). Pets welcome. The space The 120 m2 house has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed on the ground floor with its own bathroom. The other two are on the 1st floor, one bedroom with two single beds and another with a double bed. Upstairs is a bathroom. In the living area you have a large living room with TV and Wi-Fi access as well as a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. The large private garden features a large secure pool as well as a children's play area, sun loungers, garden table and BBQ. Included in the price: - bed sheets; - bath towels; - tea towels and towels Ideally located between Poitou, Touraine and Anjou (in the municipality of Bournand 86120), you can enjoy the many cultural and tourist sites nearby, explore the Loire Valley and its castles, such as the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, the Royal Fortress of Chinon and the Château de Saumur. You can also enjoy visits to troglodyte cellars, hikes, the Doué-La-Fontaine biopark, the Roiffé Loudun-Fontevraud golf course, the Center Parc Le Bois aux Daims, and the Futuroscope.
