Quiet and Comfortable 2BR House 1mile to MIZZOU and Downtown!

Hello! And Welcome to Columbia, Missouri! I'd like to make your stay here a great one. I have a two bedroom home (both Queen size beds), with one bathroom, that is a 1 mile walk or bike ride to Downtown, Mizzou Campus, all of the Stadiums, the MKT/KATY trail and Lots of Great Restaurants and Entertainment! My home is a thoroughly remodeled 1940's Bungalow in the heart of Columbia. And probably best suited for parents of college students, traveling nurses, couples and other traveling professionals. There are about 3 stairs to enter the house and a full flight to the basement for laundry. Guests may access the living room, 70" TV (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), fully stocked kitchen, appliances (coffee maker, etc), laundry, bathroom, private deck and driveway for parking. No smoking, or pets allowed inside the home. Instructions for entry following booking.
