Magnificent home on the best part of Hayden Lake (SW corner), with boat dock and deep water. 2 miles from Avondale golf course & Hayden Country Club. Fantastic waterfront patio and entertainment area. Three-day minimum stay. One pet is allowed. Sleeps six. Two bedrooms: one queen bed & the other a king. Two air mattresses available also. The space Home has three levels, however, the first level that's walks out onto the lake is rented. This level of the home is separate and private. My wife and I spend part of the summer in the upstairs portion of the home. Guest access At least one, maybe two of the three garage spaces are available two guests, along with up to two spaces in the driveway. The entire first level (1,350+ square feet) is included along with the entire back patio, dock, kayak, and gas grill. Other things to note If we're there we have a female golden retriever, who is quite friendly/social. She will likely want to come down to say "hello." Along with a loving, silly 2-year-old Bull Terrier.
