HOMAZING is the solution to all your private and professional events Composed of two cottages for 15 people, Villa Cocorico located just 1.5 hours from Paris in the LOIRET is specially designed to celebrate your events The space Villa Cocorico (located in a commune of Loiret in Chantecoq, it doesn't get more authentic...) is our first villa, and it is ideal for your festive stays: composed of two cottages for 15 people, you will enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool, a petanque court, volleyball, a foosball table, all on a 4500 m² estate that is entirely private and without a direct neighbor. Inside Villa Cocorico: Villa Cocorico is spread over two cottages You will find a total of 4 bedrooms in the first cottage, all tastefully decorated, including two on the ground floor: Bedroom 1, ground floor: 2 people – 1 double bed 140 x 190; Bedroom 2, ground floor: 2 people – 1 double bed 140 x 190; Bedroom 3, upstairs: 5 people – 1 double bed 160 x 200, 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed; Bedroom 4, upstairs: 6 people – 6 single beds; You will also have 3 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor), as well as 4 toilets (2 on the ground floor), a large 70 m² living room with bar, living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate all guests: - three large refrigerators; - oven and microwave; - 5-burner cooktop; - toaster; - beer machine (in moderation!); - ice machine - 3 raclette machines to remind you of the mountains; - dishwasher (it's still vacation); - dishes, glasses, pans and casseroles… basically all the equipment for 30 people! You'll also have a back kitchen equipped with lots of useful stuff to clean, dry and maintain your clothes. Finally, want to enjoy a poker or board game night? Bluffing is invited to HOMAZING with a specially equipped room. The cherry on top? A second cottage with a 100 m² living room hosting a pool table as well as a foosball table, a dancefloor area with bar and speaker for partying and finally, a relaxation area with sofas and video projector for your seminars Also in this second cottage, a sleeping area of 80 m2 that can accommodate 15 people. The exterior of the Villa Cocorico: Outside, you have an 8 m x 4 m pool heated from April to October, fully secured by a bar cover, and ready to accommodate your best dives. A petanque court (balls provided), as well as an outdoor ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided) will complete this sublime 4500 m² lot. A play area for children has also been installed. All the amenities have been fully planned for a pleasant festive stay: - table and chairs for lunch and dinner; - umbrella; - deckchairs; - XXL barbecue for your grilling... Guest access The 450 m2 Cocorico villa and its 4500 m2 estate are entirely private. No neighbors within 150 meters and even fewer owners on site. Other things to note - Linens and towels: These are included in the rental price for the exact number of registered guests. Any addition will incur an additional fee. Pool towels are not provided. - Check-in: From 5pm. The check is completely paperless. Keys are handed over via a key box. The entire detailed procedure will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. - Checkout: Until 11 a.m. on weekdays, and 6 p.m. on Sundays. On weekends, you can enjoy a full weekend. - The price shown: The price shown on Airbnb is for 15 people.
