Rosie's Place: Furnished Apartment with Style

Enjoy the comfort of Rosie's Place, a wonderfully renovated apartment in one of the most beautiful streets in Weinheim. 130 sqm, with lots of space and charm. Fully furnished with beautiful antiques and paintings, a fully equipped kitchen, a small balcony and access to the shared garden. In this stylishly furnished apartment, you can relax or explore the city from there, because we are only a 5-minute walk from Weinheim's historic market square and castle park. We added a 3-4 Guest possibility! The space Rosie's place is a fully furnished apartment in a three story house. It is on the first floor. You have to walk up some stairs to get to the apartment, 15 steps in total, but then you are there in a classic apartment in a wonderful house with a garden. The owner lives on the second floor with her family, and we have one full time renter on the third floor. We share the hallway and the garden with our guests, but you have complete privacy in the apartment. We just renovated this apartment to bring out the charm of wooden floors and high ceilings. It is nicely furnished with wonderful antiques. Enjoy the newly made bathroom with a nice shower and marble sink. We love the new dining room and den, and hope you will too. The bedroom is roomy and opens into the garden, which you can enjoy on the balcony. Wander around in the garden, as well. With it's bonsai and flowers, a joy. We hope you will like staying with us. Guest access There are stairs to navigate, so it may be difficult for wheelchairs to move into the house, but once in the apartment there are no boundaries. Other things to note We do have two nice cats, and they do like to wander. We just added a sofa bed in the office (160 cm, so lots of room) , so that will increase the occupancy to 3-4 Adults or 2 Adults and 1-2 children. We do love children, but we have to care for the antiques. So, we ask that you contact us if you have small children (2-8 years old) to see if this is the right place for you to stay. There is also an unfenced pond just outside your bedroom, which might also be dangerous for very young children. Just add the older kids (9-12) in as Adults, if that's ok.
