Our newly constructed 3,800sf house offers 5 bedrooms and 5 baths of impeccably designed comfortable living. SPACIOUS LIVING The living room connects with a beautiful high-end chef’s kitchen with all the cooking equipment one could want. White wooden cabinetry and white quartz counters complement a Subzero refrigerator/freezer with a water filter, a Wolf triple range stove, a double oven, and a Sharp microwave. There is a butler's pantry with a wine fridge and coffee bar. Rounding out the first floor is a family room with a large Samsung flatscreen TV with Netflix and HBO. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a bathroom just outside the door in a private hallway. This 5th bedroom, with a firm convertible sofa bed, can double as an office. There is strong WIFI throughout the house. INDOOR/OUTDOOR DINING & BBQ Sliding glass doors from the first floor create seamless indoor/outdoor living for BBQing and entertaining. An expansive deck and new furniture overlook a heated saltwater pool with an infinity-like edge. There is a professional BBQ, Smoker, and Spit Grill. Bonus-there is a pool cabana with a TV and an outdoor heated shower! Outdoor lighting and standing heaters will warm any cool summer nights and extend usage. The first-floor bath can be accessed directly as a pool bath. Upstairs, there are four generous bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, which include two primary suites. Each primary suite offers a luxurious bathroom with soak tubs overlooking the backyard, plus an oversized walk-in shower with multiple shower heads and benches. This smart home features Sonos speakers and 5G high-speed internet throughout. Other upgrades include custom blinds, dimmers on all interior lights, and a security system. A professionally landscaped backyard with privacy fencing is abutted by woods with mature trees and a reserve offering even more privacy. The location is also a straight shoot 2 miles to Long Beach and 5 Miles to bustling Sag Harbor Village.
