Come enjoy our quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower only), mid-island, lower level apartment where you can enjoy all four, plus a hot tub!! Our guest apartment is located on a quiet street with private beach access just minutes away! Please note: Guest apartment is the lower level only. More about the guest apartment: Private screened in front porch, sleeps 4 (1 full bed and 2 twins), Flat screen TV in all rooms, washer/dryer and FREE WiFi. Bathroom towels, hair dryer, iron and iron board, umbrellas, linens and kitchen cookware provided. Please note the guest apartment is the lower level of the house only. Private beach and bay access We live upstairs and can be as available as you need us to be! We live on the mid-island of the beach- meaning we are half way in between the two busier ends of the island. I recommend this property to a more mature crowd since the beach is quieter and there are no bars in the nearby area... however there's always a six pack at Publix :) The local Trolley stop is at the top of the street making it convenient to go explore our "Times Square" without needing a car. Publix Supermarket is only .5 miles away. Our favorite breakfast place, Heavenly Biscuit is a mile away (go get the cinnamon rolls!) Bikes are available. However, if you ask me walking the beach and getting your toes in the sand is always the preferred way of transportation around the island Please note: February-April is a very busy season on Fort Myers Beach, please plan on very heavy traffic if you are driving. This year is especially difficult since there is a lot of construction on the roads... while I have gotten use to the traffic (I dont know any different!) I always like to warn my visitors to bring their vacation patience!
