Perfectly located close to numerous walking and biking tracks along the Clutha river and right next to the Albert Town hub of Pembroke Patisserie, The Albie Pub, Four Square supermarket and Henry’s Liquor. Wanaka is a short drive, 20 minute bike ride or $25 taxi fare. The first floor has an open style lounge featuring comfortable furnishings, a large flat screen Smart tv with Freeview and gas fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for holiday cooking. There is a small powder room/toilet near the entrance. Laundry facilities feature a washer and drier tucked away in a cupboard off the lounge. The lounge opens up to a private full fenced garden area. Here you will also find a locked storage area for skis, boards and bikes with gated access along the side of the building. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The larger room as a king bed and the second room features two long singles which can zip up to form a king on request. Beds are new and high quality. We have installed an air conditioner upstairs for additional comfort in summer months. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: This stunning property has 1 full bathroom and a guest toilet. There are 2 bedrooms as follows: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 2 King singles. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
