Guest access Entire Home Other things to note Guests are expected to follow check out instructions which includes preparing the home for the arrival of the cleaning service by putting dishes in dishwasher, emptying trash, piling towels in bathrooms, etc. In addition, if guests overstay their check out time without written prior notice there is a $250 per hour or any portion thereof penalty. If guests do not comply they can incur penalties.
