The backyard will keep your kids occupied for hours without their tablets, while you relax and unwind with the adults. Bedroom 1: Downstairs master with queen bed Bedroom 2: Downstairs bunk bedroom Bedroom 3: Upstairs large bedroom with 1 bunk bed & another queen. *Due to the amount of bunk beds, this home is best for families. This home is not Dog friendly - Please leave your furry friends at home or you will be charged a deep cleaning fee. No hot tub use after 10pm *only if applicable 2. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals. 3. Trash goes into the bear box only and is not to be left outside. 4. We cannot host extra people at this home or allow parties. 5. No extra cars, parking on the street OR on the dirt. *Possible fines from local police or eviction can result if laws are not followed. 6. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.
