Located 4km from the beaches of Barneville-Carteret and 30 minutes from Cherbourg, ideal for exploring the Cotentin area. Our gîte (cottage) is composed of a kitchen/dining space a sleeping space with a double bed (140x190 cm) and storage a bathroom a terrace with private access to the mill stream You can expect a warm welcome at this functional accommodation, located in a charming, peaceful environment. Perfect for a couple wishing to discover (explore) the Contentin area. Heating surcharge from October to March (23 centimes per kilowatt). An electricity package of 8 kWh and 1/4 m3 of water is included/day (for stays of less than 7 days). Beyond that, billing based on meter reading (electricity: 1 kwh = €0.30, water: 1 m3 = €5). For weekly stays, a meter reading will be taken at the start and end of the stay and then re-invoiced to the tenant. This is to protect our beautiful planet.
