This is WHAT TO EXPECT This is a residential property governed by a private corporation. All guests should respect the house rules of the condominium corporation. 1bedroom can occupy up to 3 persons and only 3 persons will be registered to the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE as a guest. Please note that only guests registered can access and use the swimming pool with a fee of 150pesos on regular days and 300pesos during holidays. Guest access PROPERTY ACCESS Guests can enjoy all the space and amenities inside the place including the swimming pool however there is an additional cost. APPLIANCES - airconditioner - smart television - refrigerator - electric stove - electric kettle - rice cooker KITCHENWARE - plates and bowls - cups and saucers - spoons, forks - drinking glasses - cooking ladles - kitchen knife - chopping board - bottle opener OTHER NECESSITIES - basic toiletries, towels, beddings, and tissue OTHER THINGS TO NOTE FAQS *Is early check-in/late check-out possible? -Early check-in (as early as 12nn) is possible if there will be no guests checking out the day you’re checking in. Late check out is also possible if there will be no guests checking in the day you’re checking out but for a fee of 400/hr after check out time (which is 11 am) •Is parking for free? -Unfortunately, no. There’s only pay parking for 300pesos until 12midnight and 50pesos per hour after 12midnight. I can suggest nearby parking within walking distance for a much lesser rate. •Can we add an extra person? -Yes, for a fee. There’s a charge of Php500/n for each extra person. PRE-CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS All guests are required to submit all the names staying in the room. A Guest Authorisation Form signed by the host or unit owner shall be submitted to the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE and guests should present the approved form to the reception upon arrival. Please provide all the necessary details required at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. The property requires these for security reasons. After successfully checking in, you may obtain the door key from the mailbox and help yourself to check in. Your room and mailbox number are 1037 in Tower B Sea Residences Mall of Asia Complex Pasay City CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in time is at 3 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. Please be guided that all guests need to check in and out at the exact times as the staff needs ample time to prepare for the next guests.
