The beautiful natural beach with cliffs is less than 1000 meters from the house. It stretches over 2 floors and is divided as follows. On the first floor is the large living room with open kitchen and dining area. From the living room you can reach the large terrace, which invites you to sunbathe or barbecue. From the kitchen there is also a path to the garden. A spacious bathroom with a large shower, two sinks and a toilet is off the hallway, as is the first bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. On the right side the large bedroom with a double bed and on the left side the smaller bedroom of both with two single beds. The garden offers plenty of space to play, romp and relax. Parking is available on the property. Supermarket, baker and a butcher are within a 5-minute walk between Easter and the end of October. Four good restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The 13 km long Baltic Sea beach of the municipality of Waabs and the idyllic hinterland offer our guests numerous opportunities to spend a varied and relaxing vacation with us. Along the coast there are numerous opportunities to practice water sports. The area is ideal for dinghy sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. In Langholz, Waabs and on some campsites, the bathing beaches on the Baltic Sea are guarded during the summer months. Anglers will find excellent opportunities to fish for cod, flounder, herring and sea trout from the boat or from the shore. The network of cycle paths on the Schwansen peninsula between the Baltic Sea coast and the Ostseefjordschlei is almost complete. Furthermore, numerous less busy municipal roads can be used by bicycle. The castle on the Ludwigsburg estate and our beautiful Marienkirche in Kleinwaabs are also open to visitors. There are several riding stables. Here you can explore the landscape on horseback or take part in riding lessons. Pony rides for the little ones are offered on all farms.
