Very cozy 2-room guest house in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, and close to restaurants and shopping centers. Each room has its own private entrance from outside and a separate key. Inside, there’s a lockable door between the two rooms, offering privacy when needed. This setup is perfect for friends or guests who are traveling together but still want some personal space. Parking available for one car in the driveway. The space This cozy guesthouse features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private entrance and separate key. There is also a lockable interior door connecting the two rooms from the inside, offering flexibility for guests who wish to share the space while still enjoying some privacy. One of the bedrooms includes a TV for your entertainment. The guesthouse also offers a small dining area and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Please note that there is no stove or oven available. The guesthouse is located in the back of the property, while I live in the main house in the front. Guests will have full privacy during their stay, and I’m happy to assist if anything is needed. Guest access Guests will have access to the two private rooms located in the back of the house, as well as a small outdoor seating area just outside the rooms, which includes a table and chairs — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Other things to note My place is located in a very family-friendly neighborhood, surrounded by public parks, shopping centers, a variety of restaurants, and a movie theater. Nearby attractions include: • The Huntington Library and Gardens • Main Street shops • Arcadia Horseback Riding • Old Town Pasadena & Colorado Street • Santa Anita Mall – just 15 minutes away • Hollywood (including the Chinese Theater & Hollywood Sign) • Downtown Los Angeles – only 20 minutes away • Universal Studios – about 30 minutes away • Walking distance to one of California’s best In-N-Out Burger locations!
