Known for its dual-level platform, this is a perfect place for anyone wanting to take in the views and is a great option for more than one family. This treehouse upholds the luxurious amenities you’ve become accustomed to such as Wi-Fi, full-baths, heating and cooling, a tiny-home kitchen, and your favorite streaming channels! Plus, hot tubs, an outdoor pizza oven, grills, and outdoor bar! The space The Mulberry is our first dual-level treehouse! Relish luxurious amenities such as community hot tubs and a covered dining porch. Enjoy the amenities you’re accustomed to like Wi-Fi, walk-in showers, TV streaming services, and a tiny-home kitchen! Easily enjoy all that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge has to offer – you're approximately 15 minutes away! This treehouse sleeps between 8-10 guests. In the upper level, you’ve got 1 bedroom & a lofted bed. In the main level, you’ll have another bedroom, a sleeper sofa, and another loft with a bed. In this multi-level treehouse, you will find a well-equipped tiny-home kitchen, including a fridge, microwave, dual hotplate, coffee pot, utensils and more. This treehouse comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests: on the main level, there is one queen-size bed in a bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the loft and a sleeper sofa. On the upper level, there is a queen-sized bed in a bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the second loft. Attached to the main level deck is a screened-in dining porch with a table that seats 8 – perfect for enjoying your breakfast and taking in the STUNNING view of the Smoky Mountains! Get out and enjoy downtown Gatlinburg or enjoy then scenic views in one of our community hot tubs! Layout: Parking is available right out front on a paved lot. You'll access the first deck via a small staircase. As you walk to the treehouse, you’ll see stairs to your left. These lead to the upper level of the treehouses. When you walk up the stairs, you’ll walk onto the upper-level deck and into the upper-level indoor area of the treehouse. Greeting you at the entry way is a ladder that leads to the 1st loft with a queen-sized bed. This space also has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bathroom fit with a shower. When you leave the upper level and descend the stairs, you’ll see an indoor area to your right. This space holds a living space with a leather sleeper sofa, another ladder that leads to a lofted queen-bed, a tiny-home kitchen, a second bathroom and another bedroom with a queen-sized bed. To the right of the stairs is a screened dining porch fit with a table and chairs. This property is pet-friendly! Pet-Related Rules: - This property is in a mountainous area where bears and other wildlife live. Please keep an eye on your pets when they are exploring the outdoors. Similarly, since we are in the wooded area, please ensure your furry ones are up to date on flea, tick, and heartworm meds. - Please keep pets off the bed, pickup after them outside, and prevent them from 'marking' anything inside. If excessive hair or urine is found inside, we will contact you about any necessary fees. - We require guests to disclose if they plan to bring a pet/pets, as we have a $100 per pet fee. - We do not adjust fees or rules for emotional support animals. - Limit 2 pets. Guest access This treehouse has keypad entry using a code provided via email before your stay. While this allows for no-contact entry, feel free to stop by our general store and visit with us and get some fan gear! Other things to note Prior to your arrival, we kindly request that you complete the necessary rental agreement and check-in form. This documentation requires a valid form of photo identification.
