The kitchen is open to the living/dining area and features a large stone island for dining or food prep. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, and the bathroom is accessible from the hallway. There is also a small den that would be ideal for a home office or extra storage. The large yard, patio and elevated deck are perfect for enjoying the ocean breezes and Narragansett sunsets. Please note during the summer season, this rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday. For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
