The space The location of the Chaumière is ideal for visiting all the tourist attractions. The pretty and popular beach of Les Petites-Dalles is just minutes away. Les Petites Dalles derives its reputation from the cliffs that frame the village and the beach and that inspired Impressionist painters including Claude Monet and Berthe Morisot and its many perfectly preserved late 19th century seaside villas. This former fishing village occupies one of the valleys of the Pays de Caux where Sissi once liked to swim. Veulettes is a very lively family resort. It offers many sporting advantages: sailing and tennis club for young and old, boat/paddle/board rental, cycling, fishing (sea and river), mini golf, departure to very beautiful walks (GR 21). The beach is very large and welcomes swimmers and sea lovers. You also have a wide choice of restaurants: seafood, Italian trattoria, creperie. 15 minutes by car, you have the Saint-Riquier golf course, the Lac de Caniel complex (summer luge, bowling, restaurants, etc.) and very beautiful villages and gardens to visit. The village of Veules-les-roses One of the most beautiful villages in France where you can walk along the smallest river in France, the Veules, lined with beautiful half-timbered houses and mills. On the waterfront, you won't be able to resist tasting a dozen Veulaises, oysters raised in the open sea and freshly picked every day. Saint-Valery-en-Caux A small seaside resort in the Pays de Caux, Saint-Valery-en-Caux is a coastal city with two faces to its visitors: on one side a green hinterland, on the other, a maritime facade framed by chalk cliffs and lined with pebble beaches.
