Vacation apartment with terrace The 2-room non-smoking apartment no. 485 is located on the raised ground floor with a terrace in a south-easterly location. In the bedroom there are separate single beds that cannot be put together. There is no room to set up a children's travel bed. In the combined living and dining room there is a sofa with a sleeping function. The small kitchen with oven and stove is open to the living and dining room, from here you can also access the terrace. The beach is a maximum of 5 minutes' walk. From the combined living and dining area, you have access to the terrace. The kitchen, equipped with oven and stove, is open to the living room. In the bedroom there are two separate beds (2 x 90 cm x 190 cm) that cannot be pushed together. You have a skylight here to ventilate. There is no space in the bedroom to set up a children's travel cot. In the living room there is also a sofa bed (140cm x 200cm). There is a shower room also with skylight for ventilation. Car parking included. It's just a few minutes walk to the beach. Please bring bed linen and towels, or can be rented for the duration of your stay for a fee. Bringing a dog is allowed for a fee with appropriate registration. All of our properties are non-smoking apartments. A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used at a fee. In the period from spring to late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are under strict nature conservation and may not be removed. The use of the balconies is usually also possible during the breeding season.
