2 Bed House near Beach & Town Centre of Bournemouth

A beautiful escape, located very close to SHOPS & BEACH. Town Centre property with parking. 0.1k from shopping: 0.5k from the beach. 0.5k from BIC. Charming cottage in perfect location in Bournemouth Town centre. The perfect place to stay to find sun & play in Bournemouth. Walking distance from Beaches & parks, shopping, bars & restaurants. Driving distance from spectacular walks including Hengistbury Head (nr Christchurch) and the famous New Forest. There is a good sized kitchen that benefits from a dish washer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and fan assisted oven. There is a down stairs WC and a first floor family bathroom with a bath and shower. The lounge has a dining table and a corner sofa with a large TV mounted to the wall. The sofa turns into a double bed that will sleep two people. We then have a double bedroom with a double bed and a double bedroom with two single beds. All in all our house will sleep up to 6 people comfortably. We do also have a travel cot that guests can use, however, we do not provide bedding for this so please ensure to bring your own. The property benefits from a small balcony and also comes with an allocated parking space.
