Upstairs offers a bird's eye view of paradise from the master bedroom complete with a private balcony and ensuite bath.  Another spacious bedroom and bath can be found on this level.  There is designated covered parking for 2 vehicles.  Although there is no cable TV, the home is equipped with smart TVs throughout. You will need to use your own streaming services. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONDO ASSOCIATION REQUIRES THAT ALL BBQ-ING MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 10ft AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
