We have all 5.0 star reviews at the property! Alyssa Averette booked, Villa LaRea on 12.9 to 12.11.22. She filed a bogus claim which Airbnb denied. Airbnb paid my valid claim due to the guest damaging my lock box and causing food/ drink stains. If the property was in the condition the guest falsely alleged, they would have not stayed 1 night, and certainly not 2 nights without contacting Airbnb nor me to share any concern right????? Clearly a bogus claim. I am an Airbnb Legacy host, having hosted thousands of guests in listings globally since 2015, with a 4.78/5.0 or so overall review rating since last year. This young girl has had 1 review. Airbnb need to remove the untrue, irrelevant and retaliation review, as it is a breach of Airbnb content policy.
