The space ★★ The Space ★★ Thank you for your interest in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in OCMD. Our space is smoke-free, professionally cleaned, and meticulously maintained with families and responsible groups in mind. ★★ Modern Comforts ★★ Smart Tech: Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and all-new flat-screen Smart TVs in every room (perfect for your favorite streaming apps). Secure Entry: For your security and ease of use, we utilize a Nest smart lock system with a unique access code for every guest. Climate Control: Easily adjust your environment via the Nest thermostat located in the dining room. ★★ Living & Dining ★★ Social Hub: The living room features a flat-screen Smart TV and two full-size pull-out sleeper sofas for extra guests. Family Meals: Our dining table seats 6 comfortably for morning breakfast or evening board games. Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with an ice maker, microwave, and all the cookware, utensils, and dishware you need. We provide a "jumpstart" supply of dish soap and trash bags. ★★ Bedrooms & Bathrooms ★★ Sleeping Arrangements: All 3 bedrooms include closets, organizers, and nightstands. We provide full linens (fitted/flat sheets, two pillowcases, and a blanket per bed) along with pillows and bedspreads. Full Bathrooms: One large bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo is located upstairs. A second full bathroom with a standing shower is located downstairs. Starter Kits: We provide bath towels, washcloths, and initial toiletries (toilet tissue, hand soap, paper towels). Please note these are to get you started and are not restocked during your stay. ★★ Outdoor Living ★★ Double Front Porches: My personal favorite! These seated porches are the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal breeze and your morning coffee. Fenced Backyard: A shared fenced-in yard featuring a patio seating area and a round table with an umbrella and solar lights (seats 4). Grilling: A standard blue charcoal grill is available for your use. We provide a scrubber and cloths (under the kitchen sink); guests just need to bring their own charcoal and clean before and after use. ★★ Pet-Friendly Guidelines ★★ We are delighted to welcome one dog (up to 75 lbs) to our home! Shared Yard: Your pet can stretch their legs in the fenced backyard. We ask that you supervise them at all times and clean up waste immediately to keep the space pleasant for all. Home Care: To keep our home pristine, please keep pets off all furniture and beds. Feeding bowls are provided under the kitchen sink—please clean and return them at the end of your stay.
