The full bath with tub/shower is located in the rear sleeping area. A half bath is located in the front living area. Amenities include: Front living area offers a mini split air conditioning unit, electric fireplace, and 2 ceiling fans. The rear building offers wall AC units in bedrooms and electric baseboard heat in the den. Complimentary wireless internet access, 2 Roku TVs with access to Hulu. Washer and dryer. The exterior offers two decks, screened porch, hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning bench. No Dishwasher. Loft area is not available to guests. No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 2 cars. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. We do provide a Starter Kit containing 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a small bottle of Palmolive dish soap, a trash bag for each can, and small bar of soap for each bathroom. Guests will need to bring additional supplies to last for the stay, or purchase at the Ocracoke Variety Store.
