The space Villa Moniris offers 6 beautiful bedrooms spread over two distinct areas and three levels: The Orangerie area, located on the garden level: • 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and toilets. • The Laurier-Rose area, located on the ground floor and first floor: 3 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor, 1 upstairs), a study/library, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and 4 toilets. Access to a large terrace and a private swimming pool. 👉 The two areas, Laurier-Rose and Orangerie, are connected internally but can also be made independent according to guests’ preferences. This flexible layout ensures comfort and privacy for two families or a multigenerational group. 🛌 Accommodation Capacity The villa can accommodate up to 12 adults or teenagers. Bonus: a child under 10 years old (sleeping on a sofa bed or a foldable baby cot) can stay free of charge with their parents. All bedrooms feature double or queen-size beds, except for one room in the family suite in the Orangerie area, which is equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm). Guest access Guests have access to all rented areas of the villa, totaling 230 m² of living space. A partial rental is available, exclusively within the property, for up to 6 adults + 1 child (up to 10 years old) sleeping on a sofa bed. It includes only the Laurier-Rose main area (150 m²), located on the ground floor. This space consists of a study, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and three bedrooms: the Glycine master suite, the Mimosa bedroom, the Lavande bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and toilet. Guests also enjoy exclusive use of the terrace and the swimming pool.
