Fully equipped kitchen, dining table accommodates 6 or enjoy al fresco dining on the lighted ocean view deck next to your charcoal grill. the courtyard is fenced for privacy.- cable and WiFi. Pet friendly with prior approval and payment of $200 pet fee. The space We have a fabulous location- on the eastern most tip of Tybee. Our ocean view townhouse shares our 90 x 60 foot ocean front patio. You have plenty of private ocean view spaces also. A private ocean view patio off each of the bedroom. Plus fenced in ocean view courtyard with table, chairs and charcoal grill. The ground floor of this town house features an open concept living and dining room with a pass thur to the fully equipped kitchen. There is a queen sleeper in the living room and a full bath on the ground floor to accommodate your overflow guests. There is a washer and dryer on the ground floor and access to fenced in ocean view courtyard. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Each has a king bed and private ocean view balcony. There is a full bath upstairs- A jack and jill set up with access to both bedrooms. There is no elevator. Large parties and events are not allowed with our prior written consent. Pets are considered with written approval and payment of pet fees. SMOKING IS NEVER ALLOWED! Guest access The entire fully furnished town house, private fenced courtyard, two assigned parking spaces.
