It's a 3 minute walk to the bus to the City, Manly, Palm Beach, and NB hospital; it's a 5 minute walk to the beach, cafes and the cinema; an 8 minutes walk to putt putt golf and the driving range; 18 minutes walk to the sea pool, the lake, and Warriewood Square Shopping Centre. I love the convenience of living here, not to mention the views!!! I am sure you will not be disappointed.
