New/cozy cottage with a wild outdoor hot tub

Relax in this unique and quiet home located on Årø in the middle of the Little Belt. The house is new, energy-friendly, and invites you to a relaxing, cozy and scenic holiday. Enjoy a cold beer at Årø's own brewery, or a glass of wine at Årø Winery - pet the animals at Årø Camping, or enjoy the peace at the beach (4 min walk) The space Brand new low-energy house, with underfloor heating in all rooms, heated by a heat pump. The house is furnished with laundry rooms with combined washer/dryer, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a kitchen/living room that is equipped with everything you need in a kitchen. Outside, you will find a huge terrace that follows the sun from east to west, with seating all the way around. incl. new Pergola. At the shelter, you can light a fire and enjoy s'mores or maybe grill on the terrace. There are both gas and charcoal grills and two fire pits. The house is built with 3 rooms with 2 beds each. Outdoor shelter with electricity and light. There are two new bright bathrooms, and there is underfloor heating throughout the house. Behind the house, you can enjoy a dip in the wilderness hot tub. The spa is heated with firewood, but heats up faster than usual. Guest access The door lock code is provided upon agreed rent. There is plenty of room for several cars in the driveway. You sail from Årøsund to Årø, it takes 7 minutes and costs very little. From the port of Årø, it takes 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot. Other things to note Electricity is included in the rent Consumption is settled via water meter. Water per m3. 95 DKK. Bring your own bedding, linens/towels and dishcloths.
